Can you please help a 5 year old boy with me?
A little boy named Noah Biorkman is in the last stages of a 2.5 year battle with Neuroblastoma Cancer. He has a week, possibly 2 left to live! His family is celebrating Christmas a little early this year, this weekend to be infact and all Noah's request was tp get LOTS of Christmas cards!!Please help out this little boy and send a card to:
Noah Biorkman

South Lyon, MI48178
This card for the Sweet N Sassy Stamps challenge one on SNR and one on their Sketch Challenge blog... SSS28 to be exact. I used one card for both challenges!
The challenge on SNR was to use a digi image and to use a piece of holly on that card...I used their Thursday Free bee from their webside and then made him a hat and added some liquid applique (does anyone even use that anymore? All I see is flower soft going around...never even seen the stuff myself, but it looks pretty neat!) Anwho, I also used a little charm that says believe...What do you think?
Simple but Cute IMO
Supplies:
Stamps: Duck didi image from Sweet n Sassy Stamps, Holly from {Global} by Little Paper Shop
Paper: retired designer paper, chocolate chip, very vanilla, real red
Accessories: liquid applique, ribbon, charm that says believe, rhinestones
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Happy Stampin,
Silvia

Silvia, this is ADORABLE!! I especially love the hat you added to the duck. I'm so glad you were able to join us for our first Digi Day challenge!
Our elementary school is asking students to bring in a card for this boy. Of course, we live in MI! Small world.
That duck is adorable. I'm sure the little boy will delighted to receive it. I think I shall send him some love myself. This is the second sad story I've seen tonight and I am so completely grateful that God has blessed me with 3 healthy kids. I am such a lucky mommy.
Hi Silvia!! It's been a while since we Digi-Shacked but I had to pop in and let you know how wonderful it is of you to spread the word with this story. Of course my heart is aching as it always does when I hear families going through this, but I will send out a card and spread the word on my blog. Your duck is adorable, I am a huge fan of liquid app, although I have FS, app is so much easier to work with. ;) Happy Friday to you Silvia!
A darling little duckie. I will get a card out today, thanks for the info! Hugs..
p,s, The pearls are from Flourishes that I use. :0)
Thank you both for spreading the word about Noah and also joining us at SNSS for our digi-day yesterday at SNR, great card! hugs, Nicole (SNSS digi-guest designer)
Oh no, I'm starting to cry again... A few hours ago I cried quite a bit when I first saw a post from Noah :´(
It's so horrible and unfair these things happen, especially to children.
