This is definately a CAS card...just ran the white and designer paper through the TOP NOTE die from SU! stamped the image, tied a ribbon and some bling and called it a day! Super super easy!!!
Supplies:
Stamps: Lovely as a tree and refuge and strength from SU!
Ink: stazon black, close to cocoa
Paper: Kraft, whisper white, retied SU! designer paper
Accessories: Gingham ribbon from MFT, crystal rhinestones, top note die
